If the characters for one of the other languages on this site don't display correctly, please follow these steps:

1. From your browser's toolbar, click VIEW.
2. Click ENCODING.
3. Click MORE.
4. Select the appropriate language. (Note, for Vietnamese, you may need to choose Unicode.)
5. These steps may need to be repeated each time you view a new page.

Chinese Simplified - charset=gb2312
Chinese Traditional - charset=big5
Russian - charset=windows-1251
Vietnamese - charset=utf-8
Spanish - charset=iso-8859-1
